Job summary

Liebherr-Sverige AB is seeking a Regional Service Manager to plan, schedule and oversee service work for our technicians across Sweden. You will coordinate bookings, ensure correct spare parts are ordered, and maintain open communication with customers and technicians to drive smooth service delivery.

You will directly manage about 10 technicians, supporting their development and work environment. Strong leadership, a customer-centred mindset, and fluency in Swedish and English are essential to

Qualifications

• Documented experience as a manager, ideally in a technical industry.
• Experience in occupational health and safety (OHS).
• Experience in technical support, service or customer care.
• Enjoy being the central point of connection between customers and the organization and working in a team environment.
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented thinking.
• Good Swedish and English language skills.
• Open, honest and friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule work assignments for technicians.
• Ensure correct spare parts are ordered and tracked from booking to invoicing.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers and technicians.
