Job summary

BSH Home Appliances AB in Solna, Sweden, seeks a Field and Service Support Manager to lead the Repair Service team and oversee field operations. You will define strategy, manage staff and costs, and ensure KPI-driven performance for high-quality consumer service.

You will drive revenue growth with an entrepreneurial mindset, promote innovation, and ensure compliance with evolving industry requirements, while collaborating with sales and service colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement Repair Service strategy within the team.
• Lead Field technicians with full staff and cost control responsibility.
• Lead Field support team with full staff and cost control responsibility.
• Oversee Repair Service KPIs, waiting time, NPS, productivity, turnover and profitability.
• Respond to network needs to ensure continuity of service and optimal resources.
• Develop repair service business with an entrepreneurial mindset to increase revenue.
• Promote an innovative mindset to identify new products, services, partnerships, processes, and ideas.
• Optimize processes - people and systems - to reduce complexity and costs.
• Stay updated on legislation for Repair Service and consumers.
• Regularly report and visualize performance data.
• Meet audits, contracts, and documentation requirements.
