Job summary

CBRE Sweden is seeking a Receptionist at our client’s office in Kista, Stockholm. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, delivering hospitality that reflects the organisation’s standards.

You will handle reception tasks, manage access, emails and orders, liaise with service providers, and support facilities with a proactive, service-driven approach in a global real estate environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception/front-of-house roles and delivering high service levels.
• Excellent communication in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Strong organisation and proactive approach to tasks.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage access cards on site.
• Handle administrative tasks including emails and orders.
• Liaise with suppliers and service providers.
• Log fault reports and maintenance requests.
• Conduct regular walkthroughs and inspections of client premises.
• Manage the switchboard and handle telephone calls.
