Job summary

EasyMining in Gothenburg seeks a Project Administration Manager to lead and develop the project administration functions across the EPS portfolio. You will structure, resource, and continuously improve project controls, planning, document management, HSE, and contract management to support complex engineering and plant delivery.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering or another relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, project services, PMO, project administration, or related roles.
• Swedish language skills required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute operationally to project execution within the individual's area of expertise while leading the function.
• Own and continuously improve project administration processes, templates, systems, and working methods.
• Coordinate and allocate project administration resources across the project portfolio.
• Ensure project support services and administrative deliverables are completed on time and in accordance with company and industry standards.
• Support administration of SharePoint, project databases, and M-Files document management system.
• Act as the main interface between the Project Administration function, project managers, and EPS management to capture project needs and prioritise support.
