Job summary

EasyMining Sweden AB is seeking a Project Administration Manager to build and develop the project support capabilities required to successfully execute increasingly complex engineering and plant delivery projects.

You will lead planning, scheduling, document management, HSE, quality assurance, and contract administration across the EPS portfolio, ensuring the functions are structured, resourced, and continuously improved, with travel across Northern Europe.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in project management, PMO, or project delivery role.
• Strong planning, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Swedish language proficiency as a desirable requirement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop project administration functions across the EPS portfolio.
• Own and improve project administration processes, templates, systems, and methods.
• Coordinate and allocate project administration resources across the portfolio.
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time and in line with standards.
• Interface with project managers and EPS management to align support.
