To support this growth, we have established a new business unit — EPS (Engineering and Plant Sales) — responsible for taking our technologies from pilot projects all the way to full plant delivery.
We are now looking for a Project Administration Manager to build and develop the project support capabilities required to successfully execute increasingly complex engineering and plant delivery projects.

The Project Administration Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and coordinating the project administration functions across the EPS project portfolio.
The role ensures that the functions supporting project execution are appropriately structured, resourced, and continuously improved. Areas of responsibility include project controls, planning and scheduling, document management, HSE, quality assurance, project contract and legal management, grant administration, and general project administration.
This role is based at our Gothenburg office in Gårda and reports to the Head of Project Management. Some domestic and international travel, mostly across the Northern part of Europe can take place.
A combination of leadership, operational, and strategic responsibilities where you will shape how EasyMining delivers its technologies. You will work with motivated colleagues across engineering, sales, procurement, and R&D, and contribute directly to building a high-performing project organization.
As part of the EPS managerial team, you will play a central role in ensuring that EasyMining’s projects are delivered with structure, efficiency, predictability, and customer value. The role reports to the Project Management Manager.
EasyMining Sweden AB is part of the Ragn-Sells Group, a leading waste and recycling company operating in five countries with an annual turnover above 850 M€ and approximately 2,800 employees. EasyMining currently employs around 80 people and is expected to grow further as we scale our technologies. Our engineering and management teams are located in Gothenburg (Gårda), R&D in Uppsala, and our German office in Berlin.
Recovery and recycling of nutrients such as phosphorus, nitrogen, and potassium from society back to the agriculture is important for sustainability. Phosphorus and potassium are scarce resources in which EU is heavily dependent on virgin import while the manufacturing of mineral nitrogen fertilizers especially has a big negative climate impact. Today, biological methods are almost solely used for treating nitrogen containing wastewaters. These processes consume large amounts of energy due to aerification and use of fossil raw materials. In addition, the established processes to produce nitrogen fertilizers (from natural gas) leads to further emissions of greenhouse gases.
EasyMining has several patented processes that enables recovery of clean commercial products by using wastes as raw materials. Examples of our processes are phosphorus recovery from incinerated sewage sludge ashes (Ash2Phos) and nitrogen recovery (Aqua2N) from nitrogen containing wastewater. The Aqua2N technology enables to chemically both extract the nitrogen from sewage wastewater but also convert the extracted nitrogen to a commercial nitrogen fertilizer and thereby reduce carbon emissions.
