Job summary

EasyMining Sweden AB in Gothenburg (Gårda) seeks a proactive Business Controller for the EPS unit to lead financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and governance.

You will act as strategic partner to the Director of EPS, develop scalable financial processes, implement dashboards, and ensure robust financial control across projects. This role supports growth of our plant-delivery business and offers opportunities to shape finance routines.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, business administration, industrial economics, or equivalent.
• 5–10+ years of experience in controlling, financial management, or similar roles.
• Experience with financial systems and BI/reporting tools (Maconomy experience is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and internal governance for the EPS unit.
• Develop and align annual budgets with EPS leadership and ensure transparent financial follow-up.
• Support project controllers and project managers with accurate financial control and reporting.
• Act as superuser of financial systems, developing dashboards and internal reporting flows.
