Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead the fire loop components portfolio within Digital Energy Solutions. You will own the offer vision, roadmap, and collaborate with Procurement and Engineering to shape the commercial model and drive growth.

The role involves working with Procurement, Engineering, Program Management, and Sales to ensure aligned, profitable product launches across regions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in fire systems, building management or industrial automation.

Responsibilities

• Define the offer vision and strategy within the fire systems category and develop the roadmap.
• Lead product development lifecycle from concept to withdrawal with cross-functional teams.
• Develop business-case financials (P&L, ROI, NPV) and support portfolio decisions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Training to create assets and enable launches.
