Schneider Electric is seeking an ambitious Offer Management Director to lead our Digital Energy portfolio in the Nordic Baltic Zone. You will shape the offer strategy, manage lifecycle and pricing, and work with Sales, Marketing, Services and GBU teams to accelerate growth.

You will lead a team of offer managers, drive profitability, and partner with senior stakeholders in a matrix organisation to strengthen market position and deliver digital energy solutions across BMS, Fire Detection,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology or related field.
• Proven experience in Offer Management, Product Management, Business Development or Commercial Leadership.
• Strong ability to drive strategic growth and business transformation.
• Excellent commercial and financial acumen.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders in a matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the 3-year Offer Growth Strategy for the Nordic Baltic Zone.
• Drive profitable growth across Fire, BMS, Metering, Power Monitoring and Software solutions.
• Lead pricing, portfolio management, lifecycle management and commercial excellence initiatives.
• Identify market trends, customer needs and growth opportunities.
• Drive innovation and digital transformation through new offers and solutions.
• Develop and lead a high-performing Offer Management team across the region.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Services and Global Offer teams to maximise impact.
