Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an ambitious Offer Management Director to lead our Digital Energy portfolio across the Nordic Baltic Zone from Sweden. You will define the three-year growth strategy, drive profitability, and guide a regional team of offer managers while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Services and GBUs to accelerate market expansion.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
Strong experience in Offer Management, Product Management, Business Development, or Commercial Leadership.
Proven ability to drive strategic growth and business transformation.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the 3-year Offer Growth Strategy for the Nordic Baltic Zone.
Drive profitable growth across our portfolio of Fire, BMS, Metering, Power Monitoring, and Software solutions.
Lead pricing, portfolio management, lifecycle management, and commercial excellence initiatives.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
Drive innovation and digital transformation through new offers and solutions.
Develop and lead a high-performing Offer Management team across the region.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Services, and Global Offer teams to maximize business impact.
