Job summary

Siemens Energy invites a Product Manager for Digital and Instrumentation & Control (I&C) to shape strategy and roadmaps for service solutions in industrial steam turbines. You will drive product lifecycle from idea through launch, collaborating across R&D, engineering, marketing and sales to translate global needs into market-ready digital and control-system offerings.

The role requires a technical engineering background, knowledge of PCS 7/T3000/Turloop, and programming basics (Python, C#).

Qualifications

• Engineering degree and several years in product management or related technical roles.
• Experience in power generation, industrial automation, or similar environments.
• Knowledge of industrial control systems and software integration.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term product strategy and roadmaps for Digital and I&C service solutions.
• Manage full lifecycle from idea to commercialization and phase-out.
• Translate needs into digital, automation, and control-system products.
• Drive R&D and innovation with clear priorities and budgets.
• Develop market-ready service products with value propositions and business models.
