Edwards Vacuum, part of the Atlas Copco Group, seeks a Process Vacuum Channel Manager for Europe, focusing on Nordics and Eastern Europe. You will drive growth by building a distributor network, managing key accounts, and delivering order intake against targets. You should have an engineering degree or equivalent, proven channel management experience, and strong commercial acumen.
Fluent English required; knowledge of Nordic/Eastern European languages is a plus. Approximately 50% travel.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or related discipline
- Proven experience in channel management, business development, or sales of complex industrial equipment
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
Responsabilités
- Achieve sales targets across the assigned territory (Nordics & Eastern Europe)
- Identify, appoint, and develop distributors and channel partners
- Define and execute joint business plans and KPIs
- Provide support to partners (commercial, technical, application)
- Deliver channel training on products, applications, and sales best practices
- Support key customer pursuits and strategic accounts
- Conduct joint visits and assist with major opportunities
- Monitor pipeline, forecasting, and CRM reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer experience
- Act as Key Account Manager for select direct accounts
