Job summary

Auburn, part of The Nederman Group, is a global leader in particulate monitoring and combustion optimization solutions. Based in Helsingborg, Sweden, you will drive regional channel growth across EMEA by developing, onboarding, enabling, and supporting distributors, OEMs, and system integrators.

You will lead channel strategy, recruit high-potential partners, and collaborate with internal teams to grow pipeline and revenue while traveling extensively across Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5–10 years in channel management, sales, or business development in industrial markets.
• Proven experience building channel partner networks.
• Experience across multiple European markets.
• Excellent English communication and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and expand Auburn’s channel partner network in EMEA.
• Onboard, enable, and support distributors, OEMs, system integrators.
• Lead partner onboarding, training, and enablement activities.
• Build relationships with distributors, OEMs, system integrators, and reps.
• Conduct business reviews, pipeline discussions, and joint planning with partners.
• Drive order intake and revenue growth via partner ecosystem.
• Maintain pipeline in Dynamics CRM.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Offering management.
