Job summary

Atlas Copco Group is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer for the Nordics & Baltics region. You will support customers, channel partners and the sales team with technical and commercial guidance to drive growth in vacuum pumps, components and services.

Based in a remote setup for Sweden/Denmark, you will work with the regional sales team, create quotes, nurture leads and help convert opportunities into orders while aligning with regional campaigns and customer visits.

Qualifications

Degree in engineering, business, science or related discipline preferred.
Experience with vacuum industry or similar technical environment is a plus.
Strong commercial mindset and market awareness required.

Responsibilities

Provide first-line technical and pre-sales support to customers and channel partners.
Create and qualify leads, prepare quotations and tender responses.
Follow up on opportunities to generate orders.
Identify new business opportunities and reconnect with previous customers.
Manage sales activities in Cloud for Customer, leads and opportunities.
Collaborate with field service, technical support, sales and marketing to ensure excellent customer experience.
