Mitigram is looking for an IT Support professional based in Stockholm to provide first-line support for approximately 40 employees. You will manage devices, maintain office IT equipment, and ensure an optimal employee IT experience.

The ideal candidate has 1 to 2 years of IT support experience, especially with Microsoft 365. This role offers ownership over improvements while working in a technically mature environment.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience working with IT support or workplace IT.
• Experience supporting Windows environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 user and license management.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support for approximately 40 employees.
• Manage laptops, mobile devices, and user accounts.
• Administer users, licenses, and permissions.
