Job summary

TECEZE in Mölnlycke, Sweden seeks an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide onsite EUC, infrastructure, and hands-on support. You will install and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals, troubleshoot hardware/software, and support imaging activities.

You will assist with Office 365, AV for meeting rooms, and IT asset management, working closely with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Windows and Mac device support.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with IT asset management and inventory controls.
• Basic DHCP/DNS and LAN concepts knowledge.
• Ability to support meetings and after-hours activities.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues; resolve incidents.
• Support imaging activities and asset deployments.
• Provide Office 365 administration and support.
• Assist with conference room AV and VIP tech support.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate procurement.
