Local IT Manager Sweden

We are looking for a Local IT Manager to lead and develop local IT organization across multiple sites. This is a key role to shape the future of local IT support in a global environment.

About the Role

You will take ownership of both service delivery and team development, working closely with the business and other IT functions to secure high availability, fast issue resolution, and a strong user experience. The role is highly visible and business-facing, shaping how employees experience IT, leading the shift toward a more proactive and user‑centric IT model, and directly impacting productivity and efficiency across the organization.

  • Ensure a stable and secure IT environment and proactively reduce support needs through improved user experience, clear processes, and self‑service.
  • Lead and develop Local IT across Sweden, including employees and consultants.
  • Drive a modern, scalable, and user‑focused IT support model aligned with global strategies.
  • Ensure stable, secure, and reliable IT services that enable business productivity.
  • Reduce complexity through standardization, automation, and self‑service.
  • Act as a key link between the global Digital Workplace organization and local business needs.
  • Establish structure, ways of working, and continuous improvements across local IT.
  • Coordinate IT delivery across multiple sites and ensure a consistent user experience.

About You

You are a confident and pragmatic IT leader with experience from IT support, onsite IT, or workplace services. You have a strong understanding of modern workplace technologies, client management, and IT infrastructure, and you are used to operating in larger, complex, and multi‑site organizations.

  • Structured approach and strong communication skills that create clarity, build trust, and coordinate deliveries across teams, stakeholders, and functions.
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English, enabling effective local and global communication.
  • Driven by improving the end‑user experience and simplifying IT services.
