Job summary

BCIC Swiss GmbH is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide on-site support in Sweden. This role requires providing first and second-level contact for customer issues, working with vendors for complex AV problems, and supporting both Windows and macOS systems.

Qualified candidates must have several years of IT experience and fluency in Swedish and English. Responsibilities include maintaining ticket updates and performing repairs on various hardware.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid work permit in Sweden.
• Several years of experience in the IT field.
• Fluency in local language (Swedish) and English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- or second-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
• Work with third-party vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
• Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
• Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office & Cisco Jabber.
• Have basic knowledge of the Mac operating system to support Apple PC users.
• Install and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.
• Perform remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and other authorized peripheral equipment.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity and workstation hardware/software.
