Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in IT operations or system administration.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365.
• Strong troubleshooting and workplace IT support skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage MDM and Microsoft 365 governance.
• Lead internal IT projects for group environments.
• Handle daily IT support requests from end-users.
