AddSecure is seeking a Pricing Manager to shape and execute pricing across products and services. You will partner with Sales, Product Management and other stakeholders to drive a differentiated, data-driven pricing model and governance across the business.

This hands-on role blends strategy, analysis and commercial execution. You will develop pricing insights, support complex deals and drive profitability through structured pricing approaches.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within pricing, commercial strategy or a similar commercial role.
• Experience with different pricing models such as value-based, competitive and cost-based pricing.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with commercial and customer data.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of how pricing impacts revenue and customer behaviour.
• Experience working closely with Sales, Product Management and other commercial stakeholders.
• Ability to influence, coach and challenge stakeholders in a constructive way.
• Customer-focused mindset and understanding of what customers value and are willing to pay for.
• Experience from B2B technology, SaaS, IoT, telecom or recurring-revenue environments is highly desirable.
• Experience with pricing tools, CPQ, CRM, BI or commercial analytics platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop pricing strategy and models across products and services.
• Develop differentiated pricing approaches based on segments, markets, offerings and customer value.
• Strengthen pricing governance through clear policies, approval levels, discount frameworks and exception processes.
• Maintain corporate price lists and lead regular price adjustments and annual indexation processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, reduce revenue leakage and strengthen commercial discipline.
• Partner with Sales and Product Management on packaging, monetisation and pricing execution.
• Support strategic and complex deals with pricing scenarios, commercial structuring and negotiation support.
• Develop and monitor pricing insights and KPIs, including price realisation, discount levels and margin development.
• Build pricing knowledge across the organisation through frameworks, guidelines, training and coaching.
• Evaluate pricing tools, systems and automation to improve efficiency, consistency and scalability.
