Job summary

If is seeking a Data Scientist to join our Nordic pricing and analytics team in Stockholm. You will lead improvements to risk and pricing models and the production pipeline, driving value for customers and the business.

You will analyze large datasets, explore new sources, and implement iterative enhancements in our modern analytics platform, collaborating across the Nordic community and our UK sister company Hastings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in STEM field.
• Experience in data science, ML engineering, or actuarial science.
• Programming experience in SQL and Python.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.
• Structured and proactive work approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead enhancements to risk and pricing models and production processes.
• Analyze large volumes of data and explore new data sources.
• Develop, implement, and monitor improvements in an iterative manner.
• Collaborate within If’s Nordic analytics community and with Hastings in the UK.
• Operate in a modern analytics platform with end-to-end data science processes.
