Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year working experience in Pharmaceutical industry
• Minimum 1 year working experience in marketing or administrative support is preferred
• Thorough understanding of healthcare industry (pharma and medical devices) is a plus
• Good understanding of business and product knowledge with marketing sense
• Good presentation and data analysis skills
• Autonomy, independence and professional presence are essential
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation and organization

Responsibilities

• Assist marketing team with promotion activities and ensure smooth execution
• Prepare materials including meeting/event agendas, invitations, registration forms
• Coordinate with vendors and manage logistics for meetings/events
• Logistics support: transportation, accommodation, participant lists and reception
• Involve in product marketing activities and record meeting minutes
• Assist in stock-take and marketing expense control
• Provide administration support to group marketing members and document management
