CRS Laboratories is seeking an Operations Manager for Sweden to oversee the Swedish site operations and manage projects and customer relationships in Sweden and Norway.

The role will start by delivering the PhotonAssay project, then expand responsibilities to supervise the Björkdal laboratory team, manage approximately six staff, and develop client networks across the region with a strong on-site leadership approach.

Formación

• Proven track record in project management.
• Experience in a supervisory role.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.
• Relevant industry education (e.g. chemistry, geology).
• Strong communication and networking skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee PhotonAssay installation project.
• Manage day-to-day operations of CRS’s Björkdal laboratory.
• Supervise approximately 6 employees.
• Lead projects based in Sweden and Norway.
• Develop and manage customer relationships and acquire new customers.
