Job summary

TFS HealthScience in Lund, Sweden, is seeking a commercially driven Regional Manager to grow our Life Science Consulting and Strategic Resourcing Solutions across Sweden and the wider Nordic region.

The role combines sales leadership with consultant management: you will win new customers, develop pipeline, negotiate terms, and ensure successful delivery, supporting clients in pharma, biotech and medtech and CROs.

Qualifications

• Experience selling consulting services, staffing solutions or resource solutions within life sciences.
• Established customer network within Swedish life science market preferred.
• Proven track record of generating new business, building pipeline and closing commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new customers across pharma, biotech, medtech and clinical research.
• Generate qualified sales opportunities and build a regional pipeline.
• Sell life science consulting, Single Services and FSP solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
• Build relationships with senior decision makers and procurement.
• Develop existing accounts and expand customer relationships.
• Create commercial proposals and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and report on pipeline and revenue.
• Take responsibility for sales and revenue targets.
• Monitor Nordic life science markets for opportunities.
• Represent TFS at meetings and industry events.
• Act as consultant manager for the team and oversee personnel on assignments.
