CRS Laboratories is seeking an Operations Manager for Sweden to oversee the Swedish site operations and manage projects and customer relationships in Sweden and Norway.

The role will start by delivering the PhotonAssay project, then expand responsibilities to supervise the Björkdal laboratory team, manage approximately six staff, and develop client networks across the region with a strong on-site leadership approach.

CRS Laboratories is looking for an Operations Manager for Sweden to oversee the operations of our Swedish site and manage projects and customer relationships in Sweden and Norway.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing the PhotonAssay installation project
• Managing the day-to-day operations of CRS’s Björkdal laboratory
• Personnel management (approximately 6 employees)
• Managing projects based in Sweden and Norway
• Managing customer relationships and acquiring new customers

Initially, the role will focus on delivering the PhotonAssay project, which is expected to take approximately six months. The other responsibilities can be arranged flexibly alongside this initial priority.

We expect you to have:

• A proven track record in project management
• Experience in a supervisory role
• Fluency in Swedish and English
• Relevant industry experience or education (e.g. chemistry, geology)
• Strong communication and networking skills

The position is based at CRS’s Björkdal site in Kåge, Sweden. Flexible remote working arrangements are possible initially, but regular on-site presence will be required within a few months. This is a permanent, full-time position.
