Job summary

Eurofins Professional Scientific Services (PSS) is seeking an experienced and commercially-minded leader to manage and grow our scientific service operations across Sweden. As PSS Manager Sweden, you will lead multidisciplinary teams embedded within pharmaceutical and life science client environments, ensuring operational excellence, exceptional client service, and strong employee engagement.

You will act as the primary operational partner for our clients while collaborating with Eurofins

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related discipline.
• 7-10+ years in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences sector.
• Proven success in leading scientific or laboratory operations.
• Strong understanding of GMP and regulated environments.
• Experience building senior-level client relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex setting.
• Excellent leadership and business acumen with Swedish and English fluency.
