Job summary

PerkinElmer Sweden seeks a Project & Facilities Coordinator to manage cross‑functional projects at the Gothenburg client site (Astra Zeneca Mölndal). You will ensure on‑time delivery and smooth transitions to BAU, coordinating with facilities management, vendors and our engineering teams.

Key duties include coordinating repairs, overseeing FAT/SAT activities, organizing training for onsite engineers, tracking shipments, and maintaining health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management or coordination, preferably within facilities or lab environments.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time and to the specified quality standards, ensuring a smooth transition to BAU operations.
• Serve as a key contact point between the project team and stakeholders such as facilities management (FM) and vendors.
• Coordinate and oversee facilities repairs and necessary adjustments; manage all vendor interactions to ensure service quality and timeliness.
• Ensure lab readiness and manage necessary adaptations to facilities; coordinate installations with vendors.
• Organize stakeholder participation in Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and Site Acceptance Tests (SATs); ensure closure of FAT/SAT findings.
• Facilitate user and technical training for onsite engineers to ensure comprehensive understanding of new systems and equipment.
• Handle and track shipments from order placement to installation receipt, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Maintain training and compliance in health and safety, security, environmental and operational aspects of daily activities.
