Job summary

Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in biotechnology or life sciences or related field.
• Several years of industrial, academic, or healthcare lab experience.
• Hands-on in lab operations and support functions.
• Experience with mammalian cell culture and safety systems.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a well-organized, safe, and efficient laboratory environment.
• Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs and procedures.
• Coordinate facility maintenance and service agreements.
• Oversee cleaning services and infrastructure improvements.
• Ensure resources support R&D activities and production timelines.
• Lead EHS improvements and lab safety compliance.
• Manage lab equipment servicing, calibration, and records.
• Oversee inventory of reagents and supplies.
• Train and onboard staff; promote quality and continuous improvement.
• Take responsibility for cell culture workflows and tissue-related work.
