Job summary

CRS Laboratories is seeking an Operations Manager for Sweden to oversee the Swedish site operations and projects in Sweden and Norway. The role includes managing the PhotonAssay installation and day-to-day laboratory activities at Björkdal, with a small team of about six staff.

Initial focus will be delivering the PhotonAssay project, with flexible remote work possible at first but requiring regular on-site presence within a few months. Swedish and English language fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in project management.
• Experience in a supervisory role.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.
• Relevant industry experience or education (e.g. chemistry, geology).
• Strong communication and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the PhotonAssay installation project.
• Manage day-to-day operations of CRS’s Björkdal laboratory.
• Supervise a team of approximately 6 employees.
• Coordinate projects based in Sweden and Norway.
• Manage customer relationships and acquire new customers.
