Job summary

Incluso in Nyköping is looking for an Order Management Specialist / Customer Support Specialist for a consulting assignment with a large international industrial and technology organization. Start is November 9, 8 months limited contract to begin with.

This role is 100% onsite in Nyköping. You will provide internal customer support, own customer-related cases through the order and logistics process, collaborate with Sales, Operations and Supply Chain, use SAP and Microsoft 365, and aim for

Qualifications

Experience in customer support or order management.
Knowledge of SAP and logistics flows.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Fluent Swedish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Provide support related to orders, deliveries, payments and other customer-related matters
Manage and follow up orders and cases throughout the process
Work with SAP and logistics flows
Coordinate customer cases with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management and other relevant functions
Ensure ownership of cases from initial request through resolution
Coordinate with After-Sales Service and Spare Parts when required
Identify and resolve issues that may affect deliveries or customer satisfaction
Work with Microsoft 365 as part of daily activities
