Job summary

SwedBNB in Stockholm, Sweden, seeks an Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day field operations and onboarding of new properties.

You will coordinate cleaners, maintenance, and vendor interactions while ensuring listings are live and accurate across platforms, and you will help improve processes as we scale.

This hands-on, hybrid role offers growth into senior roles and a base salary of 31,000 SEK per month plus a bonus program and company car.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating schedules across multiple properties.
• Excellent communication with owners, vendors and guests.
• Customer service experience with guest- and owner-focused mindset.
• Administrative skills: data entry, calendar coordination, record-keeping.
• Analytical skills to interpret operational data.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Experience with property management platforms and spreadsheets is a plus.
• English fluency required; Swedish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding standards for new homes from prework to live.
• Coordinate cleaners, linens, supplies; ensure readiness.
• Stage homes, install devices, label keys, and provide guidance.
• Arrange photography and publish listings across platforms.
• Publish listings and sync calendars in PMS.
• Conduct quality inspections across cities; spot issues early.
• Coordinate vendors and supervise maintenance and repairs.
• Log actions and communicate with owners.
