Job summary

foodora in Stockholm, Sweden is seeking a highly organized Swedish-speaking Local Shops Operations Support Associate to handle day-to-day operational and data tasks for Local Shops, ensuring accurate assortment management and smooth onboarding and maintenance of vendor relationships.

You will work with English and Swedish, spreadsheets, and cross-functional teams in Operations, Sales, and Account Management to support menu item updates, product listings, promotions, and data clean-ups.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• You communicate fluently in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets.
• Previous experience from an administrative, operations, or account support role is considered a plus.
• Strong experience in Excel and/or Google Sheets is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and validating product files to ensure they are ready for assortment setup/creation.
• Contribute to the setup and updating of menu items or product listings (SKUs), including descriptions, images, and pricing accuracy.
• Assist in promotion and content execution by helping with promotion setup, banner creation, and the creation and ongoing maintenance of tags
• Support data and operations by performing vendor and product data clean-ups, troubleshooting barcode reports, and reviewing and supporting related operational requirements
• Provide support to vendors and internal stakeholders by creating decks and operational materials, and by handling repetitive, rule-based operational tasks during onboarding processes

We are looking for an Operations Support role based in Stockholm, Sweden to support Local Shops / Shops operations with recurring, manual, and data-heavy tasks. The role will focus on assortment management, data clean-ups, and operational support related to vendor setup and ongoing maintenance, enabling local Operations, Sales, and AM teams to focus on core commercial priorities.
