Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Onboarding Engineer based in Sweden to lead the technical onboarding of new customers in a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will drive API integrations, data mapping, and CRM configuration while coordinating with onboarding, CS, and engineering teams to ensure seamless launches.

You will develop runbooks and technical documentation, resolve integration issues, and monitor onboarding metrics to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of technical experience in B2B SaaS onboarding or customer success engineering.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, data integrations, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
• Experience managing customer implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills coordinating multiple onboardings.
• Familiarity with CRM integrations like Salesforce or HubSpot is advantageous.
• Consultative mindset with focus on understanding customer needs and proactive solutions.
• Commitment to quality and preventing recurring issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical setup of customer onboarding, including API integrations and data mapping.
• Coordinate the full onboarding lifecycle from kickoff to go-live and handoff to CS.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across integrations and configurations.
• Develop onboarding runbooks, guides, and repeatable implementation processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering to document bugs and advocate for improvements.
• Work with Customer Success to ensure smooth transitions after onboarding.
• Define and monitor onboarding metrics such as time to value and completion rates.
• Identify onboarding risks and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
• Support communication of technical requirements and timelines to customers.
• Contribute to scalable onboarding practices and mentor future engineers.
