Job summary

Hykmann Global Business Solutions AB is seeking an IT Support Specialist for a consulting assignment in Gothenburg. You will provide on-site support in an industrial manufacturing environment, handling incidents, PC setup, and collaboration with central IT teams to keep production running smoothly.

The role requires Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory/Microsoft Entra ID proficiency, plus basic networking and strong communication skills in English; Swedish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT/desktop IT support or IT operations.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID.
• Basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP and Wi‑Fi.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Good English communication skills; Swedish an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, industrial PCs, and peripheral devices.
• Support Windows-based systems, user accounts, access permissions, and Microsoft 365.
• Troubleshoot basic network and connectivity issues.
• Manage incidents and service requests using an IT ticketing system.
• Collaborate with end users, central IT teams, and external vendors.
• Document solutions and contribute to continuous improvements in IT support processes.
