Job summary

About the Role

You will provide on‑site IT support in an industrial manufacturing environment. The role involves troubleshooting, workplace device management, basic network support, and collaboration with central IT teams to minimise disruptions and ensure smooth production operations.

• Provide on‑site IT support and resolve incidents affecting production and workplace IT.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, industrial PCs, and peripheral devices.
• Support Windows‑based systems, user accounts, access permissions, and Microsoft 365.
