Job summary

NCC Green Industry Transformation seeks a Planning Specialist to drive the project schedule across all phases. You will collaborate with management, procurement, production, and tendering to optimise planning and ensure milestones are met on time.

You will report to the Head of Planning and be part of the Project Planning team. Strong English communication is required; Swedish is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and analytical skills; adaptable to changes.
• Experience in project planning using Primavera P6 or ASTA Powerproject.
• Technical education and at least five years in project planning; large complex projects an advantage.
• Experience in construction industry and operations is an advantage.
• Clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent English (spoken and written). Swedish is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyse, and monitor an integrated project schedule across all phases.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Procurement, Production, Tendering, Commercial Manager, and HSEQ Coordinators to optimise planning.
• Report to the Head of Planning and be part of the Project Planning team.
• Ensure milestones are achieved on time.
