Job summary

NCC is seeking a Planning Specialist for a Northern Sweden project to develop, analyze, and monitor an integrated project schedule from ground up. You will collaborate with project management, procurement, production, and tendering to optimize planning and meet milestones.

You will report to the Head of Planning and be part of the Project Planning team, with on-site presence in Luleå at least 50% of hours and travel to other Swedish sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with adaptability to evolving needs.
• Clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in English; Swedish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, and monitor an integrated project schedule across all phases of the construction project.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Procurement, Production, and Tendering to optimize planning.
• Work with the Head of Planning and Project Planning team to ensure milestones are met on time.
