Job summary

NCC Green Industry Transformation seeks a Planning Specialist to drive the development of an integrated project schedule for a major northern Sweden construction project.

You will develop, analyse, and monitor the schedule across all phases, working with PM, Procurement, Production, Tendering, Commercial Manager and HSEQ to optimise planning and milestones, reporting to the Head of Planning as part of the Project Planning team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project planning.
• Experience in construction industry and operations is an advantage.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 and ASTA Powerproject.
• Excellent organisational and analytical skills.
• Clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyse, and monitor an integrated project schedule throughout all construction phases.
• Collaborate with PM, Procurement, Production, Tendering, Commercial Manager, and HSEQ to optimise planning and milestones.
• Report to the Head of Planning and be part of the Project Planning team.
• Ensure project milestones are achieved on time.
