Job summary

NCC Green Industry Transformation is seeking a Planning Specialist to develop and monitor the project schedule from ground up, ensuring milestones are met through close collaboration with project management and specialist functions.

You will report to the Head of Planning and work within the Project Planning team, with English proficiency required and Swedish an advantage. On-site presence in Luleå is emphasized, with travel within Sweden arranged by NCC.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in project planning.
• Experience managing large, complex projects is preferred.
• Construction industry experience is a plus.
• Professional proficiency in English; Swedish is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, and monitor an integrated project schedule throughout all phases of the construction project.
• Collaborate with PM, Procurement, Production, Tendering, Commercial Manager and HSEQ Coordinators to optimize planning and meet milestones.
• Report to the Head of Planning and be part of the Project Planning team.
