Job summary

NCC Green Industry Transformation in northern Sweden seeks a Planning Specialist to help develop and monitor an integrated project schedule across all phases of construction. You will work with Project Management, Procurement, Production, Tendering, and Commercial/HSEQ teams to optimize planning and ensure milestones are met.

Fluency in English is required; Swedish is an advantage. On-site presence in Luleå is required at least 50% of working hours, with occasional travel across Sweden.

Qualifications

• Technical education and at least five years of experience in project planning.
• Experience managing large, complex projects is an advantage.
• Experience within the construction industry and construction operations is beneficial.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills are required.
• Professional proficiency in English; Swedish is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor an integrated project schedule across all phases of the construction project.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Procurement, Production, Tendering, Commercial Manager and HSEQ Coordinators to optimize planning.
• Ensure milestones are achieved on time and report to Head of Planning.
