Job summary

NCC Green Industry Transformation in Sweden seeks a Planning Specialist to join a northern Sweden project. You will develop, analyse and monitor an integrated project schedule across all phases, working closely with management and other functions to optimise planning and ensure milestones are met.

You will report to the Head of Planning and be part of the Project Planning team. At least five years in project planning and strong English are required; Swedish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in project planning and ability to manage large, complex projects.
• Experience with Primavera P6 or ASTA Powerproject for scheduling.
• Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Swedish language skills are an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyse and monitor an integrated project schedule across all phases.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Procurement, Production and Tendering to optimise planning.
• Report to Head of Planning and be part of the Project Planning team.
• Ensure milestones are achieved on time and coordinate with stakeholders.
