Job summary

NCC is seeking a Planning Specialist to drive the integrated schedule for a major Northern Sweden project. You will develop, analyze, and monitor the construction program from ground up, coordinating with PM, Procurement, Production, Tendering, and HSEQ teams to keep milestones on track.

You will report to the Head of Planning, join the Project Planning team, and be prepared for on-site presence in Luleå (50%+), with travel across Sweden as needed. Proficiency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in project planning using Primavera P6 or ASTA Powerproject.
• Five years of experience in project planning.
• Experience with large, complex projects is an advantage.
• Fluent English; Swedish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, and monitor an integrated project schedule throughout all phases of the construction project.
• Collaborate with project management and other specialist functions (Procurement, Production, Tendering) to optimize planning.
• Report to the Head of Planning and be part of the Project Planning team.
