Job summary

NCC seeks a Planning Specialist for a Northern Sweden project. You will develop, analyse, and monitor an integrated project schedule throughout all construction phases, working closely with management and specialist functions to optimise planning and ensure milestones are met.

You should have five+ years of project planning experience in construction, be proficient with Primavera P6 or ASTA Powerproject, and hold a technical education. English proficiency is required, Swedish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in project planning, preferably in large, complex construction projects.
• Proficiency with project-planning tools such as Primavera P6 or ASTA Powerproject is required.
• A technical education is essential.
• Clear, concise communication with stakeholders in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyse, and monitor an integrated project schedule across all construction phases.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Procurement, Production, Tendering, Commercial Management, and HSEQ Coordination to optimise planning.
• Ensure milestones are achieved on time and report to Head of Planning.
