Job summary

You will manage vendor contracts, coordinate projects, oversee health and safety, security, and landlord relations, while collaborating with local leadership to maintain top operational standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in Facility Management (FM) services.
• Good understanding of core facility systems (e.g., HVAC, electricity).
• Experience managing vendors and budgets, with solid project management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent Swedish and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable working autonomously while aligning with leadership.
• Willingness to travel to other Sweden sites occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Vendor management: handle suppliers, contracts, and day-to-day relations.
• Stakeholder engagement: build relationships with departments and support local management.
• Health, safety & security: oversee site safety, security, and fire prevention efforts.
• Primary point of contact: respond to facility-related inquiries and service requests.
• Project coordination: assist with site projects, moves, space refits, and rebuilds.
• Landlord relations: act as liaison with property landlord.
