Job summary

Incluso AB in Gothenburg is seeking a Facility Coordinator/Services Specialist for a 7‑month, 100% onsite contract beginning November 15th. The role focuses on developing tenant-facing facility services, supplier management, service agreements, and continuous improvement within a multi-tenant innovation campus.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in facility or workplace services, strong English and Swedish communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in facility services, workplace services, property management, or a similar operational role.
• Proven experience in supplier management, KPIs, compliance, service agreements, and contract lifecycle management.
• Relevant post-secondary education in Facility Management, Property/Real Estate, or a related field.
• Strong stakeholder management, structured ways of working, documentation accuracy, and the ability to lead multiple initiatives independently.
• Professional communication skills in English and Swedish; Chinese language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation and continuous improvement of tenant-facing facility services within a multi-tenant campus environment.
• Prepare and manage service agreements, pricing, and service level details for tenants.
• Lead supplier relationships, KPIs, SLAs, and performance reviews.
• Oversee tenant onboarding/offboarding, events, and experience-enhancing initiatives.
• Maintain documentation, reporting, templates, and internal coordination; support cost verification and internal controls related to supplier services.
