Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in Facility Management (FM) services.
• Good understanding of core facility systems (e.g., HVAC, electricity).
• Experience managing vendors and budgets, with solid project management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent Swedish and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable working autonomously while aligning with leadership.
• Willingness to travel to other Sweden sites occasionally.

About The Role

As a Facility Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic site in Danderyd, which encompasses offices, manufacturing, R&D, and logistics. You will be responsible for the seamless delivery of all facility-related services, covering both hard and soft FM. In addition to managing the Danderyd site, you will occasionally provide support to our other offices across Sweden.

In this fully in-office position, you will ensure that all Trimble policies and regulations are strictly met, serving as a key operational pillar for the local team.

Key Responsibilities

• Vendor Management: Manage our suppliers, service contracts, and day-to-day vendor relationships.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Develop strong, collaborative relationships with various departments and provide dedicated support to the local management team.
• Health, Safety & Security: Oversee site health and safety compliance, manage physical security, and drive the site's systematic fire prevention work.
• Primary Point of Contact: Act as the first line of response for all facility-related inquiries, service requests, and escalations.
• Project Coordination: Manage and assist in site-related facility projects, including office moves, space refits, and rebuilds.
• Landlord Relations: Serve as the primary liaison between Trimble and the property landlord.

Competence Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience working within Facility Management (FM) services.
• Technical Knowledge: A good understanding of how core facility systems operate (e.g., HVAC, electricity).
• Financial & Project Skills: Practical experience managing vendors and assisting with budgets, alongside solid project management and organizational skills.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace applications.
• Languages: Excellent command of both Swedish and English (written and spoken).
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Work Style: Comfortable operating autonomously on daily tasks while ensuring continuous alignment with leadership.
• Mobility: Ability and willingness to travel occasionally to other company sites in Sweden as needed.
