Job summary

SeenThis AB is seeking two Media Operations Managers for Stockholm and Oslo to drive Nordic programmatic campaigns. Reporting to the VP of Media Operations, you will combine senior operational know-how with strategic commercial thinking, coordinating across DSPs, SSPs, and data partners to deliver measurable outcomes for clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in programmatic trading, campaign management, or digital media buying.
• Hands-on experience with DSPs, SSPs, and curated marketplaces.
• Proven ability to turn performance data into actionable bidding logic and inventory strategies.
• Fluency in English; Swedish and/or Norwegian is a strong advantage for the Nordic remit.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine operational best practices and trading strategies for SeenThis media products across the Nordic market.
• Lead end-to-end setup, planning, execution, and optimization of programmatic campaigns across multiple DSPs, SSPs, and curation platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance to meet client objectives and internal KPIs; translate analytics into bidding logic and inventory strategies.
