Job summary

Displayce is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to grow our Nordics sales and promote the Displayce DSP to agencies and brands in the Nordics market. You will be the Displayce DSP representative and manage a large client portfolio of media agencies and trading desks.

You will organize regular meetings, negotiate platform agreements, and drive uptake of the platform while educating advertisers and collaborating with Customer Success to maintain satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in advertising agencies in the Nordics.
• Strong understanding of programmatic media and DOOH.
• Ability to simplify complex media systems (RTB, DSP, ad exchanges).
• Self-motivated, rigorous, organized, independent work style.
• Proficient in English; professional Spanish speaking/writing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Displayce DSP representative in the Nordics and grow the client base.
• Manage a large portfolio of media agencies and trading desks; lead meetings and drive briefs.
• Negotiate platform agreements and manage QBRs; drive platform uptake.
• Educate advertisers and agencies on programmatic DOOH; collaborate with Customer Success.
• Develop industry networks and represent Displayce at events.
