Dintero, a fast-growing Nordic fintech, is seeking a Head of Enterprise & Platforms Nordics to unite Nordic enterprise sales, develop the team, and drive growth across Sweden, Norway and Denmark.

This is a direct recruitment via Bravura; you will lead, coach, and personally close strategic deals while collaborating with CEO, product, and technical teams.

Location options include Stockholm, Oslo or Copenhagen with regular travel; start by agreement.

Competenze

• Multiple years of experience in the payments industry.
• Proven track record closing complex enterprise deals in the Nordic market.
• Previous leadership experience including people management and recruiting.
• Experience selling both in-store terminal solutions and online payments.
• Strong commercial and technical understanding of APIs, integrations and platform architecture.
• Existing Nordic enterprise retail network.
• Fluent English and at least one Scandinavian language (Swedish, Norwegian or Danish).
• Meritorious: partnerships with e-commerce platforms and integration partners.
• Meritorious: network across marketplace or platform verticals.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop Enterprise & Platforms sales across the Nordics.
• Personally drive and close strategic enterprise and platform deals.
• Coach and grow the sales team and recruit new salespeople.
• Develop pipeline structure, sales methodology, CRM and forecasting.
• Collaborate with leadership, product and technical teams to enhance the enterprise offering.
