Job summary

Dyson Nordics Retail Team is seeking a Direct Retail and Store Operations Manager to lead Dyson's direct retail stores across the Nordics, combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution to drive exceptional customer experiences and strong commercial results.

You will develop store teams, drive retail performance, and translate business priorities into effective in-store actions while evaluating expansion opportunities and leading store openings when market conditions align with Dyson's

Qualifications

5+ years of multi-site retail management experience.
Strong commercial and analytical skills with a track record of delivering results.
Hands-on leader who can inspire and develop teams.
Experience driving in-store campaigns, events, and activations.
Fluent in a Nordic language and English.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop Dyson's direct retail stores across the Nordics to achieve commercial, customer experience, and operational KPIs.
Drive execution of in-store standards, visual merchandising, compliance, inventory, and brand presentation.
Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve sales, conversion, and profitability.
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver retail initiatives, product launches, campaigns, and promotions.
Ensure stores operate safely and in compliance with Dyson policies.
Lead, coach and develop Store Managers and retail teams; build succession plans.
Assess expansion opportunities and lead store openings when approved.
